Whole-home remodels designed and built by one team

Design, permitting, and construction under one roof

The remodel you approve should be the remodel you get. We plan, design, permit, and build the whole house so nothing gets lost. See your home in 3D first, and work directly with your designer through the entire build.

One team designs and builds the whole house

Most remodels go wrong in the transfer

A designer hands the plans to a builder who wasn't in the room, the price moves, and you end up refereeing the argument. Not with Box.

One job, one accountable team

Design development, material selections, permitting, and construction are one job. One team answers for the result.

Your designer stays on the project

Your designer builds your plan in 3D during design, and stays involved through construction.

Adding space instead of moving

Maybe you don't want a different house. You want this one to fit how your family lives now. An addition, an ADU, or a garage conversion runs through the same design-build process as a whole-home remodel. Smaller footprint, same team accountable for it.

Room additions

A new primary suite, a larger kitchen footprint, or a second story. We design the addition to read as part of the original house rather than something added to the back of it.

ADUs and casitas

A separate unit for family, guests, or rental income, planned around your lot and how close to the property line the city lets you build. We handle the drawings, the permitting, and the build.

Garage conversions

Turning the garage into finished living space, with the insulation, the ceiling height, and the required exits settled during design rather than discovered during framing.

Additions in this valley are rarely flat work. Hillside lots in the Wine Country bring grading, soilwork, and engineering, and the ground around Menifee brings its own foundation conditions. That's the part of an addition a general contractor tends to find in month two. We plan for it before the contract is priced.

The only Design Studio in the valley

Real materials, in your hands, before you commit

Material selections happen in person at our Murrieta Design Studio, before the construction contract is signed.

You handle the real slab, the real tile, and the real cabinet door, and see them together under the same light. Nobody chooses a whole house from a catalog and likes every decision later.

  • Slabs, tile, and cabinet doors compared side by side under the same light
  • Selections are settled before the construction contract is signed
  • 3D renderings so you see the room before anyone swings a hammer

A Temecula whole-home, start to finish

Kip and Andrea had lived with a dated layout for years. We filled in the sunken dining room, rebuilt the kitchen around a working island, and carried Art Deco detail through the whole house.

“My favorite part isn't even the house, it's the process. It's you guys. Just the trust, the confidence, that feeling of comfort. Our friends were building our house, and we knew you were going to take care of it. That's amazing.”

“The cost is high but it was worth it for the quality of the work and outstanding project organization from start to finish.”
